Jump24 was founded in 2014 by Tim Joslyn and Dan Newns, in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter - a part of the city with a long history of craftsmanship and pride in doing things properly. United by a shared frustration, they'd both seen the same problems repeated across agencies: over-complication, shallow technical knowledge, and work that didn't age well. Jump24 was built to be different. Focused on quality, clear communication, and treating clients as partners rather than suppliers.

It wasn't part of the original plan, but keeping a small, senior team quickly became the obvious choice. We've stuck with that deliberately ever since, and it's meant better decisions and more confidence for our clients.

    Tim Joslyn

    Tim brings over 25 years of experience building and scaling technology businesses, particularly in fintech and complex B2B platforms. He's held senior leadership roles including CTO and COO positions, and has built and exited multiple companies.

    Co-Founder + Technical Director

    Dan Newns

    Dan has over 20 years of commercial development experience, working across agencies and projects for organisations including the BBC, Bentley, and Vaillant.

    He leads technical quality at Jump24 and is deeply involved in the Laravel community, contributing to open-source projects and sharing knowledge through talks, content, and events.

    Adam Cox

    Adam has over 20 years of agency experience, starting his career as a developer before moving into team leadership and account management roles.

    As Business Manager, Adam leads client relationships, marketing, and commercial operations - focused on making sure projects run smoothly from first conversation through to long-term partnership.
